How It All Began

The dion's Story — Crafted with Love Since 1978

Dions was born in 1978 when founder Dion Aldridge opened a small pizzeria on the west side of El Paso with a simple belief: great food made from honest ingredients brings people together. What started as a single counter and a wood-fired oven became the region's most beloved dion's pizza tradition.

Every dions pizza recipe was hand-crafted in that original kitchen — dough stretched by hand each morning, sauce simmered from fresh vine tomatoes, and cheese sourced from trusted local dairies.
